They were responsible for all of the masonry (extensive custom brick work) and pavers (front and back yard) for our Laguna Beach house renovation. PATIO PAVERS HARDSCAPING
I had some bricks that had deteriorated and needed replacement. Ulisses and his team did a great job. He worked with me to ensure that the replacement bricks and mortar matched, as close as possible, to the existing brick and mortar. The old brick was adobe and difficult to find, but Ulisses came through with a very close, more durable, match. I would challenge most people to spot the difference. Great job! Good people!

Ulisses and his crew did an amazing job adding flag stone to my driveway. They are good at their craft, Matching the new flagstone and grout perfectly with what was already there. They were professional, efficient and clean. Ulisses is very good at communicating price, estimated time frame and details about the job and always responds to phone and texts in a timely manner. Very happy with their services and will use the again if needed.

A landscape company had installed travertine throughout the back yard three years ago but most of the stones had either moved or they had cracked due to inadequate preparation and incorrect installation by the contractor. I hired Ulisses to fix the problem and he did a great job! His crew was professional and timely. Ulisses was personally involved in the process. The backyard looks fantastic now and we’re very happy with the result. I would definitely hire Mendoza Masonary again.

Feel very lucky that I found Ulisses. Right from the start I knew he would be the one I'd select for this job. Sent a nice proposal detailing the scope of work along with license infromation via email when all other quotes were either text or over the phone. Relatively small job - clear an area and put 8x12 slab for an outdoor office/shed. I had idea of what I wanted but he helped me with a better idea and executed.. Great communication, cleaned up site very well, good work. Now, my go-to concrete guy. Thanks for the great work Ulisses.
